Claudia Alvarez

Claudia joined JDB in 2026 as Head of Human Resources, bringing over a decade of experience across the medical and corporate sectors. She oversees all aspects of Human Resources, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and policy implementation. 

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cities and spending time with her dog.
