Mike began his career with JDB in 2023. Mike Bosak is a licensed Master Plumber (PA) and Master HVAC professional (NJ) holding multiple industry certifications. Rising from apprentice to project manager, he combines hands-on technical expertise with dependable leadership to successfully oversee complex plumbing and HVAC projects from start to finish. Over his tenure he has managed approximately $8 million in project sales. A sports enthusiast with a musical background, Mike values teamwork, discipline, and ongoing professional growth.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and bowling with friends.
