Pat Murgueytio

Pat began his career at JDB in 2018 and brings a deep well of experience in both HVAC and plumbing systems. With a career that spans more than 30 years, he has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence across estimating, system design, project management, safety, and the fiscal responsibilities essential to our work in this industry. Pat excels at partnering with new and existing clients to develop HVAC and plumbing scopes that align with the client’s budget and schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. A degreed mechanical engineer, he is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and educational work environment where every team member feels supported and empowered to grow in their role and contribute their best. Through his leadership, technical knowledge, and strategic insight, Pat plays a central role in shaping the success of our organization and ensuring we consistently exceed expectations in the mechanical contracting field.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys trips to the Outer Banks and spending time with his family and his two dogs.
