This development features a state-of-the-art Samsung VRF HVAC system, complex underground parking garage plumbing, an Aldi grocery store fit-out, as well as a full CVS drugstore installation.

We partnered with Pelco Builders to deliver the project for OCF Realty and Mountain Shore Properties in 2025.
